Leaving the Garden now online

September starts with this: my second album, Leaving the Garden (2011), has spent quite some time on a shelf, literally and metaphorically. A couple of links in the album page here led, until today, to the uploads in MySpace, which is now synonymous with dead space. Although, to be absolutely fair, MySpace, in its time, was the best way for me to connect to other people in the scene of dark/er sounds.

“Leaving the Garden” was my first physical release, and it was warmly welcomed. The dark mellow sound of the album has become what it is with the help of Seetyca, whom I had met in the Tundra open-air festival in 2009, and Fabio Punzi, an amazing human and soundperson I met while studying in Scuola APM di Saluzzo.

Through yesterday, I finally uploaded the entire album to my Bandcamp (hoping the obsolescence won’t eat it up in the same way it ate up MySpace, but knowing that at some point it will). So now it is open for you to stream here:
